FEES ! I charge for ₱15 packaging fee since I use new materials. This is to make sure that your parcel arrives to you safely. The packaging consists of toploader, envelope, cardboard sandwich, bubblemailer and a few freebies. (This is situational, sometimes I do not ask for packing fees since I reuse some materials!)

! REFUND. I always pack parcels safely and with complete inclusions. I will not be liable of ANY damage & loss caused by couriers as these circumstances are out of my control. Only UNEDITED , RAW SOUND and, VISIBLE WAYBILL unboxing videos would receive a FULL REFUND if it was proven that I was at fault. Also, paid unclaimed items would not get a refund. It is not my problem if you did not give me a go signal to ship your item/s. Also, if you decided to cancel the transaction AFTER paying, I will only refund 55% of your payment. NOT FULL.

! UNCLAIMED ITEMS. Items bought from me can only be kept for 5 DAYS. I am willing to keep items for more than 5 days if we came to an agreement that you will be getting the item on a specified date. By not following the agreement, I would automatically cancel the transaction and put the item up for sale again. No refunds.

! MINOR BUYERS. Please do let your guardians know that you're buying something before transacting with me. I might ask for proof that you were given permission if I find you untrustworthy or some sort.

! UNRESPONSIVE BUYERS. If you ignore my dms and I have proof that you are online and are purposely ignoring my messages, I will automatically cancel the transaction and block your account. I may or may not make an exposing thread. Posting as bogus buyer is up for consideration.

! INTERNATIONAL BUYERS. All items I sell are open for international buyers given that they have a Philippine Address and the Mode of Payment indicated on the selling tweet. Please do not hesitate to send me a message if you’re interested in buying my merch!

! INQUIRIES. As long as you did not confirm (ex. “Will get it na po!” “Mine!”), the product you are asking about is still up for sale. No negotiations.

! SHIPOUTS. Please do take note that I am a student and there are times where I’m busy with school activities. Please be patient with your orders during these times. However rest assured that I will be prioritizing our transactions and don’t hesitate to ask for updates if I failed to provide one.

! SHIPPING. I only have GGX and LALAMOVE as MOD, because these couriers work well with my schedule and lifestyle. I will NOT entertain any other couriers, because it would be a hassle on my part to use a service I am not familiar with. I prioritize a smooth transaction, and that includes me being able to ship your parcels correctly.

! DEADLINE OF PAYMENTS. Pay on time. I am flexible with DOPs as long as you can prove to me that you will push thru with the transaction. If you are late for more than 3 days, I have the right to post your account as bogus buyer.

DOWNPAYMENT : 30% non-refundable (for non-payo)

CANCELLATION FEE : for reserved items, 40% of total price. for fully paid items, 45% of total price

LATE FEE : 10 pesos per day
